Jill Buckley is a wonderful and empathetic person, along with being a thorough, savvy and detail oriented Realtor. Selling my mother's home in a difficult market under difficult circumstances, Jill gave us great advice along the way and worked to get traffic in the home. Jill knew the market, and was spot on as to what our expectations should be regarding time on the market. She was a wonderful advocate for us, and went above and beyond in big and small ways to help us during this difficult transition. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

my experience has been much better than I could ever expect Jill was there at every turn and I would recommend her to my family and friends every time. The loss of my wife made this decision much harder but again she was there at every opportunity to make it easier for me and I am thankful and happy with the outcome.

Top-notch in every way.

Brandon is super nice, very friendly and polite. He was always available when needed and responded to text messages promptly. On at least two occasions I wanted to look at four or five homes and he arranged it so we could go from one to another in a single trip. Often times he was able to schedule showings on the same day that I called him. I worked with Brandon on my last two home purchases and I would definitely call him again when I’m in the market for my next house.

Brandon went over and above to help us with the sale of our home. He answered all of our questions and any time I called he always answered! If I could give a star rating it would be all 10's!

Brandon communicated with us as expected every step of the way. No disappointments as experienced with other realtors in our past.

Buying my first home was a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to Tim and Eli. They were there every step of the way, expertly negotiating the purchase price, repairs, contingency funds, and so much more. Tim truly goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of and feel confident throughout the entire process. Because they made my first home-buying experience such a breeze, there was no question who I'd call when it was time to buy my newest home. Why wouldn't I use them again? Their knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I highly recommend Tim and Eli to anyone looking for trustworthy, experienced realtors who genuinely have your best interests at heart.

Tim was always planning open houses and gave us feedback on all of them.

Tim Millson is by far the best realtor I have worked with in the 40 years (9 properties) as buyer of real estate. He is personable & professional. A good person/realtor willing and able to ensure you find a property to love. All the while making you feel like you are his only client, when he is a very very busy businessman. Tim knows how to make a very stressful life change experience feel like an everyday event. His communication with my wife and me was Second to NoOne. And being a lifelong Viking fan, who has always said “anybody but the Boys or the Pack” Tim is the FIRST Cowboy fan I like. Tim is the first and only realtor I recommend to everyone. He knows The Villages like no other! Tim has earned this recognition as Realtor of the Year with his passion, personality and professionalism!

Wyatt is such an amazing individual. I was purchasing my house long distance which added to his workload. He handled every question I had and resolved issues as they came up. I can't say enough good things about him.

Wyatt cared for me as a person not just my property. He answered the phone responsibly. He maintained a positive attitude and always laid my worries to rest. He is youthful yet experienced. He is eager yet patient. He is honest yet tactful. He comes from a good family. I will always be grateful for his help and consider him a good friend. I recommend his services to anyone I know.
