I couldn’t be happier with the experience of selling my property at 3 Pine Ct Lane with Abe Rassam. From start to finish, Abe proved himself to be a complete marketing guru and a pricing expert. He knew exactly how to position the home to attract the right buyers and secured a fantastic result through his sharp negotiation skills. What truly set Abe apart was his approach: there was zero pressure. He is incredibly dedicated and responsive, always available to answer questions with a friendly and professional attitude. Even after the transaction was officially closed, his customer support didn't stop—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was settled perfectly. If you’re looking for a realtor who is genuinely invested in your success and makes the entire process seamless, I highly recommend Abe. He is a true professional who delivers on every promise!

Always ready to respond with professionalism and respect, you can feel that you are in e good hands,he falow the negotiation whith you all the steps,I recommend him to other people

I would wholeheartedly recommend Abe and his team if you are selling your house. Abe contacted us once our last listing expired without a single viewing. Abe visited us and gave us a presentation of what the sales stats were for our area, the average pricing, and what we should emphasize as selling features. Once we made our decision, he and his team made things happen for us that our previous agent never did. He increased our visibility on several listing sites, he held open house, and we received weekly updates on how many time the house had been viewed online and in person. He responded to emails in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns and he kept in touch. Finally, Abe came by the day of closing to see if there was anything else he could do for us.

From start to finish Eric made it easy to sell my lot. Great marketing and great communication. Highly recommend

If there was a time to meet he was always there on time

Great agent to work with.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor throughout the sale of my home. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, honest, and informative, and she kept me updated every step of the way. She always made sure I understood what to expect and was available whenever I had questions. Her professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and pleasant from beginning to end. I truly appreciate everything she did to make the entire process such a positive experience.

Jennifer responded quickly and never seemed to rush you and answer our questions. We lived in another state and relied on her skills and her knowledge of what we were looking for in a home. I’ve bought and sold 6 homes and Jennifer was by far the best realtor ever. We had a lot of trust in her which is very important to us. She wasn’t looking to sell just any home to us. She was tireless in showing us tons of homes even when we changed our original list of what we wanted in a home.
