Coop took care of everything! I lived out of state. He put out some trash and even got boxes of stuff donated for me. I was only able to make a couple of trips to the property. He went way above and beyond. He even lined up some contractors for me and met them at the property. The paperwork was super smooth. Dave is very knowledgeable on the area, the homes available and their floor plans, and things to look for and to look out for. He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work. Dave helped us to negotiate a good price and gave us great advice on the inspection and repair process. Buying a home can be stressful and we were so happy to have a trusted partner to help us navigate the market and the buying process. There is nothing we wanted that we did not get from Dave Monty!

As a former realtor for Re/MAX I had been very disappointed in the other realtors I have used since then - both as a buyer and seller. This is not true with Dave - he exceeded all of the expectations my husband and I had. He sold our house in 5 days after it had previously been listed with another MLS agent for several months. He totally handled our home inspection to do list and we did not have to find plumbers, painters, etc... and we paid a very very reasonable price for the minor work that was done. I contacted Jill via recommendation from a friend who purchased their house thru Jill. I conveyed to Jill the type of house and general location that I was most interested in. For several months while living out of state preparing for my move Jill set up communication thru Onehome. This webportal gave Jill the means to email me daily homes for sale meeting my specifications as to what I was looking for. I found a number of properties of interest, one of which I placed an offer on the first outing with Jill when she took me to 8 of the houses that I conveyed an interest in. I was on contract with the house that I loved most within a couple days after placing my offer. I arrived here at the Villages on June 12th and closed on my forever home July 7th. You can't get any better than that.
