Jim was extremely helpful with selling my mom's house. Mom unfortunately needed to move due to her medical condition. And her house had some unique characteristics which made it a little difficult to sell. I was only at mom's house for about 3 weeks then was several states away. Jim helped connect me with Salvation Army and a house cleaner. He met with a neighbor who was selling some items for me. He held several open houses/showings and checked on the house periodically. Had a small issue with the lawn. Jim contacted me right away and gave me resources to fix the issue. He even cleared out the attack space that I had forgotten all about.
