About Dave

I do not sell homes! Wow, that is a bold statement for a real estate agent. When I am assisting my buying clients, I present them with as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision based on facts vs. emotions. I guide them through the process of buying a home, I never sell them! This attitude has made me one of the top producing buyer's agents in The Villages in just 3 years. I am now bringing that attitude to my sellers. When working with listing clients, I tell them that I don't sell their homes, their house sells their home. No amount of selling will convince a buyer to buy a home if it doesn't meet their needs. They either like the home or they don't. What I do for my listing clients is make sure the home, which does the selling, is in the best possible condition to maximize the profit and sell in a timely fashion. We provide our clients with 3 options when selling their homes. List it, update it, or buy it. We then obviously market your home in all the right places online (YouTube, and FaceBook - the two platforms most used by The Villages), list your home on the MLS which pushes to every online real estate web service, face-to-face door knocking, open houses, and the Daily Sun in The Villages. Our goal is to drive traffic to the best seller of your home, your home. Kathy was great!

He goes above and beyond...

As a former realtor for Re/MAX I had been very disappointed in the other realtors I have used since then - both as a buyer and seller. This is not true with Dave - he exceeded all of the expectations my husband and I had. He sold our house in 5 days after it had previously been listed with another MLS agent for several months. He totally handled our home inspection to do list and we did not have to find plumbers, painters, etc... and we paid a very very reasonable price for the minor work that was done. We could not have been happier with Dave throughout the process.

Goes out of his way to help and offers a lot of online information as well

Dave knows The Villages and surrounding areas really well and helped us a lot with our purchase. He was great to talk with on our home search visits and goes above and beyond other agents, and, after the purchase, offered good suggestions regarding the improvements we were considering to make it perfect for us.

Dave Monty goes the extra mile!

Dave listened and was very responsive to all our our needs in a search for our house. He was extremely knowledgeable about the house market and also very knowledgeable about the trades, in case you wanted to buy a house and do any upgrades or desirable changes. He was very patient, available, customer centric, and not pushy at all. We are so happy to have found him by a referral! We love our new house!
