Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection. Jennifer began helping us even before we arrived at The Villages in Florida. She went out to a couple of the homes we were interested in and did video walkthroughs for us. Tina is amazing. She knows the area, she knows the market, and she listens to what you tell her so she can help you find the best house for your lifestyle. We mentioned several things we wanted, but we also mentioned we had dogs. She got us to look right near a dog park at a house that 99.8% filled our needs. No house is perfect but she got us close.
