He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work.
