I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and Owner of Broker Associates Realty located in Central Florida. I have been involved with real estate since 1998 when I first got licensed in PA. Through the years, I have used my real estate agent experience to work for real estate attorneys, an international corporate relocation company, and back again to being a full-time agent and Seller Representative. As for Lifestyle and Travel, they sort of go together in many ways. I hope to share information on products I have tried, places I have been to, and interesting things I have found along the way. Best agent you're going to find.

I found Rich as an agent by accident and during a period when I had very little time to do any research or much vetting on real estate agents. Rich was recommended by a friend of a friend, so I reached out to him. He was very quick to respond and agreed to meet very quickly since my needs were urgent. He was impressive from the beginning and didn't disappoint at any time during our time together. The property he sold for my dad and me wasn't in the best shape and not in the optimal space to sell. The interest in the property wasn't great, but Rich was always trying to sell. After a few months, our agreement was up. I fully expected Rich (or any agent) to throw in the towel because the property wasn't worth a lot. But to his credit, he said that he wanted to see this thing through for us. A couple of months later, the property sold. I can't say enough good things about Rich. During a very difficult and challenging time in my life, he was a bright spot.

Excellent timely and knowledgeable responses to all questions and issues.

Even when Rich was out of town, he was very effective in working with us and his team in marketing our home. You did not have to wait until he returned. When we had an issue, if he didn’t have the solution immediately, he worked until he found the solution instead of telling us what todo - he did it.
