I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and Owner of Broker Associates Realty located in Central Florida. I have been involved with real estate since 1998 when I first got licensed in PA. Through the years, I have used my real estate agent experience to work for real estate attorneys, an international corporate relocation company, and back again to being a full-time agent and Seller Representative. As for Lifestyle and Travel, they sort of go together in many ways. I hope to share information on products I have tried, places I have been to, and interesting things I have found along the way. She was great at navigating the Florida market and the process of buying a home.

Kim was very responsive. We had in mind the house we were looking for but ended up with something slightly different, The Florida process is very different than what we were familiar with in Illinois and she navigated us through it expertly. The sellers were very difficult to deal with but she kept everyone calm and the kept the process moving,

Outstanding

I could depend on Kim getting my house sold, while we were out of state. I was extremely impressed by how quickly & professionally Kim handled this whole thing. Rich is Awesome!!!!

Rich is the Real Estate Agent that you wish all Realtors could be!! From the beginning before the house even listed, to after the Closing, Rich was wonderful! He was always just a phone call or text away. With Rich you know that he’s in your corner and doing all he can. You feel like you’re dealing with a friend. I would highly recommend Rich to everyone!
