After meeting me, she was able to figure out what type of house I would like to buy. I had went back to Ohio, and when I was traveling, she kept looking at houses for me and found one she did the showing FaceTime walk me through the house. I like it a lot ,bought it,and has worked out wonderful one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with.

Coming from out of state, we first met Jennifer via a phone call as we were looking for someone to help us with our search for a home around The Villages, FL. Right from the start, it was very apparent that she knew her market and profession. We discussed what we were looking for, picked a date we would drive down to meet with her and the rest was easy. Jennifer had a list of homes to show us and she quickly adapted to our likes and dislikes. Within a three day span we found our perfect home and she helped us negotiate an offer that was accepted. After returning to our home, she was forever available for questions, helped us navigate the paperwork and even advised us on the community we we’re moving into. She was so attentive the whole way and even helped us with a delivery that arrived earlier than expected and secured the items. She made us feel like we were her only client and never missed a call or text. I hope to never move again but if we do, Jennifer will be our agent.
