I found Rich as an agent by accident and during a period when I had very little time to do any research or much vetting on real estate agents. Rich was recommended by a friend of a friend, so I reached out to him. He was very quick to respond and agreed to meet very quickly since my needs were urgent. He was impressive from the beginning and didn't disappoint at any time during our time together. The property he sold for my dad and me wasn't in the best shape and not in the optimal space to sell.
