Don’t hesitate. Hire Kathy. From the start, she was very accommodating and jumped right in to help. We were on a short time line. She had us looking at houses the next day. Very knowledgeable of the area. She really understood our needs and didn’t waste our time showing homes that didn’t meet our expectations. She even pointed out some things to look for and/or avoid. We found a house within a few days. It worked out perfectly. She even worked through her cruise vacation to ensure the seller fixed what was needed from the inspection. I felt so bad that she worked everyday of her vacation but that just shows her dedication to her clients. She has an extremely pleasant demeanor and very friendly personality. Can’t go wrong with Kathy. We were extremely happy with our service from her.

Duke and his team were on top of things every step of the way. He told me at the 1st house we went to. "Don't worry, you will get the house you are meant to have". I had that sentence stuck in my head and he was absolutely right! He was on point with what I should offer with where the market is at. 10/10 I will use him again, when the time comes!
