Ms. Joshi's services came highly recommended by a dear friend. My sister and I called her late in the day asking to see available properties and Kathy offered to stayed late in the day to meet with us. While Kathy was showing us some properties we had requested to view she also brought us to other properties which matched our criteria. Her demeaner, while being friendly was professional and her manner unrushed. After being shown several available properties we asked to revisit a couple to which she happliy complied. This made it possible for us to place an offer on a home that same evening. Once the offer was accepted Kathy continued to monitor our progress in completing the steps necessary for the title company, HOA requirements and the like. Her communication skills and personal attention to our forth coming closing made the closing less stressful and a true celebration. She is a delightful and knowledgeable lady and we were so blessed to have her assistance in securing our retirement home.

This is the second house we have had Crystal McCall for our selling agent. In both cases she prepared outstanding on-line presentations which showed the houses in their best light. They were both fine houses, but she made sure potential buyers saw them in the best way possible. The first house was in November 2024. The market was not too good or too bad. We got an offer at full price in 4 days after listing. It closed without incident. The buyers were very pleased with the purchase. The sale was completed in less than one month from the listing date. The second house was just this last Spring. We had Crystal list it in mid-February 2026. The market was pretty soft around then, but we had moved out and needed to list it at that time. There was good early response, but nothing panned out immediately. Not being at all discouraged, Crystal continued her proven sales process. She kept us in the loop on a regular basis. We received a firm offer meeting our expectations, and we closed on the house in late April 2026. These buyers were also very pleased with the home. The first house took 3 weeks from listing to closing. We thought that was pretty good. The second took longer. The soft housing market and the number of houses for sale was fairly large. It was just over 4 weeks before we had a firm sales contract. It then closed in a normal 4 weeks or so. We strongly recommend Crystal McCall if you want a tremendous team of sales and office personnel working for you. We are no longer in the Ocala area, but would go with Crystal on a future sale/or purchase if she were anywhere near us.
