We think the world of Keith. We explained to Keith what kind of a home we wanted (bedrooms, bathrooms etc.) and the locations we were interested in. We explained to him where I worked at that I would need a home nearby plus other things we wanted to be close to. At first I did have multiple areas in mind. Keith listened to what we were wanting and when we went to search homes he did show us homes in those areas. Moving from out of state can be a little tricky to figure out where you want. Keith was always polite and professional and clearly listened to us. We found our forever home thanks to Keith. He went above and beyond our expectations. If I could give him ten stars I definitely would. If you’re looking for a real estate agent I highly recommend Keith Packey.

I recently found, by the grace of God, Sherri Meadows' online; she was the listing agent on a property I wanted to view.  I reached out to her, letting her know I had 9 or so properties I was interested in viewing. Our first phone call lasted over an hour, during which Sherri devoted considerable time to communicating with me. She listened to me intently and allowed me to "feel like I truly mattered," not just a buyer, but a person looking to find her "forever home." Sherri and the team went above and beyond, closely working with the seller's agent to help me secure the home I had desired. It was a win-win for both the buyer and the seller. My Dad owned a real estate business and always said, sometimes, within reason, you just need to give the seller exactly what they are asking for. I did this on this property and made the offer for the exact asking price. This, for me, turned out to be invaluable as Sherri was able to work with the listing agent and the seller to complete repairs that the inspection revealed were needed to allow my homeowners to write my policy. Everyone worked together with the same end goal: to sell a property on one side and buy a property on the other side. I don't feel it would have gone this smoothly had I come in at a lower offer. Sherri and Erin were there with my gazillion questions and always got back to me in an efficient, professional timely manner.  Buying a home is not something you do every day, and you want someone who will be in your corner, reveal things you may not even be thinking of, and help you like a friend would. We ran into many issues when selling the house. Duke almost always had answers to get the issues dealt with. We were new to selling a house, so him knowing where to turn when problems came up, made things a lot easier.

Throughout the process that led us to select our condo, create our offer and then complete the purchase, Phil Stern answered all our questions, made sure my husband (who was especially nervous about this purchase as it was his inheritance that was allowing us to buy the property) felt listened to and in effect, had his hand held step by step during this purchase. Phil proactively ensured that the negative findings from the Home Inspection were addressed by the Seller and provided cogent advice on which items to focus on and which ones to deal with once the property became ours. In short, Phil went above and beyond what a real estate agent is supposed to do, making sure that our interests were always represented in the give and take with the Seller, her agent and with the HOA Management company, seeing potential issues and dealing with them before we even became aware of them. My husband and I greatly appreciate Phil's professionalism and his experience as a realtor, who made this real estate so much easier for us as we are moving from the Midwest to Ocala and after our initial visit to do the house hunting, had to do everything from afar.
