I found Rich as an agent by accident and during a period when I had very little time to do any research or much vetting on real estate agents. Rich was recommended by a friend of a friend, so I reached out to him. He was very quick to respond and agreed to meet very quickly since my needs were urgent. He was impressive from the beginning and didn't disappoint at any time during our time together. The property he sold for my dad and me wasn't in the best shape and not in the optimal space to sell. The interest in the property wasn't great, but Rich was always trying to sell. After a few months, our agreement was up. I fully expected Rich (or any agent) to throw in the towel because the property wasn't worth a lot. But to his credit, he said that he wanted to see this thing through for us. A couple of months later, the property sold. I can't say enough good things about Rich. During a very difficult and challenging time in my life, he was a bright spot.
