Jennifer began helping us even before we arrived at The Villages in Florida. She went out to a couple of the homes we were interested in and did video walkthroughs for us. We were selling a home in The Villages and although Kristen is an MLS agent, she knew everything there was to know about finding a buyer in The Villages and selling our home in a timely manner. She held an open house at least once a week, went out of her way to help stage the house by buying fresh flowers for the outside grill area, providing snacks and drinks for the open houses and communicating daily with me.
