Very attentive to our needs; zero pressure. Outstanding results. Highly recommend Kim! You will be very happy she is your agent!

Our experience in purchasing our home in The Villages , with Pauline’s professional leadership , through the closing of escrow was seamless. Her followup after the closing of escrow has become personal as well as professional and we would recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.

We had an out of state move and home purchase simultaneously. She was our eyes and ears for purchase of our new home . This freed a lot of our time and energy to be able to coordinate the move effectively. Local professional knowledge is irreplaceable and invaluable.

We contacted Robyn to assist us with locating a home in The Villages. We had been searching online for some time and had narrowed down our search to a handful of homes including one that had it's listing removed from the market. Robyn contacted the listing agent of the off-market home and was able to orchestrate the sale! She is extremely knowledgeable and was very honest and straightforward through the entire process. If we have any future real estate transactions , we will definitively contact Robyn again. We are happy to give her the highest possible reference based on our experience.

My house sold in about 2 1/2 weeks and I got what I was asking for. She was great and helped me pack up the car and me pack. She got lunch while we were working . She was great ! Would definitely recommend her.
