He was able to solve problems that had to be taken care of. We worked together from long distance and he made it easy for us. He and Martha were very helpful. The many open houses were important to getting buyers interested in the property. His great personality was a great help. If we had it to do over we would have no hesitation in going with Buddy and Martha at RE/MAX PREMIER REALTY.

We can not say enough good things to say about Buddy and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Buddy and his Team. Buddy is low pressure, extremely responsive before, during and after the sale of the house. Buddy addressed all of our questions and concerns and in our opinion went far and above what we had ever expected. We never felt rushed and Buddy was not happy till we were beyond happy. Buddy took the extra steps providing very reputable recommendations for every miscellaneous service imaginable such as cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Power Washing etc... the resources Buddy provided was beyond impressive and Extremely helpful! I'd like to consider Buddy and his wife Martha as our friends now and have absolutely zero reservations in recommending them! They are truly GREAT people!

We have worked with Donna on two sales, her vast knowledge of real estate, in particular The Villages, as well as her marketing skills, brought each transaction to a satisfactory and timely conclusion

We have used Tammy for two of our real estate transactions, and I wouldn't trust anybody else to handle my real estate affairs. Tammy and her team are excellent. I couldn't ask for better service. Great communication, and the photos make the house look absolutely beautiful. Photos make a big difference. I used other realtors in the past, and they use terrible photos, which does not work.

We have been realtors for 30 years in Ohio and still are with Coldwell Banker. Tami exceeded our expectations which speaks volumes. Tami Freikich was our listing agent in Fall of f 2023 and did an outstanding job getting our home sold to return full time to Ohio.

Professional, quick to respond, and sold our home before the open house. We're very grateful that we found her.
