Amanda was recommended to us by a family member in the area. When we first reached out to her, she got right back to us and was up front managing expectations moving forward with any purchase we made. From the beginning through the closing, she was very well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly the ins and outs of our particulars situation. She had contacts for days to help handle any and all things we needed. She nailed walking us through every step, staying on top off all the professionals we would have to work with, giving us her unvarnished opinion about hoops and pitfalls of FL buying, and all in all just keeping us informed. She was ALWAYS available to discuss questions and concerns and returned our phone calls (not just texts messages) promptly, not days or weeks like other agents. Our dream home, inside the city limits, hitting every checkbox. When it came time to help my dad sell his townhouse in Dunedin, I called Amanda.
