He negotiated with the buyers realtor on the price and provided us with daily updates on the process of the negotiations. He was very professional with every aspect of buying the property and had our best interest at heart all the time. Very clear Communication Accommodating to my situation

In selling our condo, Lagueux advised the best way to show our condo, and the best price to list it at. As a result, our listing brought in many interested buyers and a sale. She provided a great knowledge base of needed documentation. And gave our listing an excellent walk through visual and drone image. Good communication was maintained to both of us, through out the entire sale process.
