Very clear Communication Accommodating to my situation

I chose Amanda for her market knowledge and her presentation during our first meeting. She came prepared to show me how she presents homes to sell and what to expect during the process. I was especially impressed with the booklet she compiles for interested buyers, which helps answer many questions and provides buyers with something to take away at an Open House. I believe that the marketing piece was a big help in the quick sale of my home. I was a first-time home seller and had a lot of questions. She answered all of them knowledgeably which helped me make the right decisions about the sales process. Amanda is calm and methodical. She was so easy to work with, and available to answer questions and "take care of business" from start to finish. I wasn't pushed to an assistant; she worked with me the entire time. I appreciated that type of personal service. Another important fact I considered was that I researched how many homes Amanda sold in the past year. This is not a part time job, nor is she just starting out. She knows the business and that is what I was looking for in a realtor. Knowledge and experience. I got that 100 percent and am very happy that I chose her as my agent.

Andy shared home sales daily through his site that was tailored to our specific needs and wants. He negotiated with the buyers realtor on the price and provided us with daily updates on the process of the negotiations. He was very professional with every aspect of buying the property and had our best interest at heart all the time. We felt safe and assured our purchase was done with expert knowledge and satisfaction. I would recommend Andy Burwell to anyone that is buying or selling a property. He makes you feel like family.
