Carri managed the property sale from start to finish. She arranged for all the necessary services to prep the property, e.g., emptying contents of the condo; thorough cleaning of all rooms, walls, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, appliances and garage; carpet cleaning. She compared similar property listings and recommended appropriate sale price. Once listed, Carri followed up with clear direction wrt to required documents so all I had to do was sign where noted. All of her efforts and guidance resulted in an accepted offer within the first week and closing within 3 weeks of initial listing. No issues during the transaction; could not have been any smoother! Extremely satisfied and would recommend her services wholeheartedly!

Joyce is a super lady! Joyce has been my realtor when I have bought 2 houses and sold 2 houses. She has done a great job every time. She is very prompt in answering all texts and phone calls. Her negotiation skills on my present home when I bought it, got the seller to pay for a new roof. The communication between her and I was great, Rachel was very seasoned communicator, she also knew how the market is in other states and areas. She was able to fulfill most every request we had for our house. She was the best realtor the most professional we have had to include overseas.

We were out of state buyers. Diane was our eyes and ears. She made herself accessible and was willing to do live virtual tours. We were kept informed and she presented every offer we submitted. My mom became ill, but still wanted to pursue the sale of her condo so she could move to be with family. I met Eleanor and a kinship formed that I will always cherish. Eleanor would contact me about showings, open houses, comparable sales around the area and, most important, check on my mom while she was hospitalized. Eleanor knew how important it was to sell the condo. Unfortunately my mom passed away, but the sale of the condo still a goal. While packing up the condo, Eleanor brought over food, shared helpful information and when I briefly went back to my home in another state, watched the condo and had weekly open houses. Within 3 months after my mom passed away, the condo sold. Again, I was out of state and Eleanor stepped in arranging for furniture pickup by local thrift center, taking cable boxes back to cable company and making sure the condo was ready for the new owners. I am truly forever grateful and blessed to have had Eleanor with me through this difficult time.
