Was awesome at following up on every lead . Always willing to do open house almost every weekend until it sold by a buyer at the open house . Enough said.

We all know selling your home is one of the most stressful situation you can go through but my experience was extra difficult. During the selling of my home I lost my mother and mother-in-law within a three month period to cancer. Nelson helped me to push through this difficult time and finish the goal of selling my home that I had started. He went above and beyond coming to my home with his son and truck to personal help me in my time of need. Nelson is very professional and uses all tools available. He did multiple successful open houses by using his social media platform and others. At one or two he even had a mortgage broker assist. I think the one feature that stands out is he sincerely cares about making sure we understood the offers we received. Meaning - once a offer is accepted you have your home “tied up” for a month or so…. Therefore with acceptance you have to be comfortable that the offer is solid. I would highly recommend Nelson and we have used him over the last 5 years multiple times.
