Nelson always goes beyond when I have sold or purchased property. Also has the needed contacts ( at fair pricing) for such things as inspections etc. yes, he is a salesperson but truly puts client 1st. Mentions things about property that might be overlooked when viewing so that you have better options for adjusting the offer.
