We began our search for our forever home in September of 2019, we closed in June of 2020. I lost count at the number of houses Nelson took us to see. However, no matter what Nelson was never in a rush to get us to buy. This is the second home I have purchased with Nelson, and although it took nearly a year, up until we made our final offer he was constantly making sure that we were going to be happy with the choice we made. He ended up getting us a house with ALL of the commodities we were looking for, then some and we came in $15k under our anticipated budget. Nelsom understands that buying a home is one if the biggest financial investments you will make in your lifetime and he wants to make sure you invest properly. Nelson was able to help us sell our house prior to closing on our new home in order to renew my Certificate of Eligibility for the VA. We went on a roller coaster ride to make it happen though. We had a potential buyer that, unfortunately, lost their funding and were no longer able to purchase our home. We were less than 45 days from closing on our new home. Nelson was able to get us a buyer within the week AND was able to get the closing done ahead of time!
