Andy was instrumental in selling my condo. Helping me find a buyer and closing quickly. He was always efficient, quick at returning calls and keeping the paperwork very organized. If you want a true professional relator, Andy is your guy.

I have known Andy for years and he is my realtor for multiple times. There are dozens and dozens to choose from here, but if you want someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, always picks up or returns your call and gets the job done. This is your guy. He has lived here all his life, so knows the area inside out and will tell it to you straight.

Andy shared home sales daily through his site that was tailored to our specific needs and wants. He negotiated with the buyers realtor on the price and provided us with daily updates on the process of the negotiations. He was very professional with every aspect of buying the property and had our best interest at heart all the time. We felt safe and assured our purchase was done with expert knowledge and satisfaction. I would recommend Andy Burwell to anyone that is buying or selling a property. He makes you feel like family.

His market knowledge was invaluable in this process. He helped us obtain a full price offer and maneuver through some stumbling blocks with the inspection. He timely responded to us and was diligent throughout the entire process. He communicated well and frequently. He was always professional and we appreciated his help throughout the process.

I've lived in Pinellas County since 1990 and have purchased several homes during my time here. Andy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs, worked with us patiently, and found us a house that checked all of our boxes. Thank you so much for your diligence and patience, Andy! We highly recommend him!! Barbara and David
