Teri helped us a lot buying our condo from out if state. She called or texted me almost every day. Helping us through every step of the purchase. She even called me the morning she was having surgery. She made it easy to understand. She is very dedicated and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her. We now consider her a friend. I look forward to spending time here in Florida and will be referring her to several friends interested in moving to the area.

Before hiring Teri, I had fired the previous realitor. Teri had a way of making you feel trusted, welcomed and cared for, with the professionalism needed to get the job done. We had what we wanted in our minds, and in this market getting close to everything you want and the price tag you want is no easy task, but Teri made us feel our views and wants we’re capable to grab. She listened to our needs, gave us advice and spoke her view when called for. All with a unique ability of genuine likability and professionalism. She was always available and had great communication. She made the process feel personable in the best way, and always put her best foot forward. We not only accomplished getting our dream home, but we gained a friend and we are so thankful Teri was the one to help our dreams become a reality. It was no easy task but Teri definitely made the experience so much better! We would highly recommend her to everyone!

I’m so grateful I was connected with Teresa through church and my mom’s Bible study. From day one, she was absolutely amazing in helping me navigate the process of buying my first home. As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions, and she was always patient, supportive, and incredibly diligent. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure I found a home that fit my needs and price range. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Teresa made the whole process better than I could have asked for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor!

Thomas made the selling experience completely satisfying by fully explaining the current market situation, managing expectations, responding quickly to our questions and negotiating in a firm but friendly manner with potential buyers. He also helped us understand the complexities of closing and worked with the title agent to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

Thomas Towns was so helpful to us when my parents suddenly passed away and left us with their home, and I live in a different state 2,000 miles away! He was sympathetic and kind, and went beyond just a salesman! Communication was key, and Thomas didn't disappoint!

This is our second real estate experience with Thomas Towns. His communication style is unparalleled. He understands the housing market and assisted us in selling our home quickly and for a fair price. We absolutely cannot imagine using anyone else and have referred him to other family members and friends!

I've lived in Pinellas County since 1990 and have purchased several homes during my time here. Andy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs, worked with us patiently, and found us a house that checked all of our boxes. Thank you so much for your diligence and patience, Andy! We highly recommend him!! Barbara and David

Andy is both professional and knowledgeable in his communication. Being a Pinellas County native he is very familiar with the area and uses a broad spectrum of knowledge to guide you through the process. I've used Andy for numerous sales.

This was my second home purchase with Andy. A born and raised Clearwater man who truly understood what we were looking for in our next family home. He left no stone unturned, always responded with unbelievable promptness, and was an invaluable communicator. Each and every step of the process was so much easier having Andy as our guide. He knew the answer to every question, and if he didn’t, he got us an answer within minutes. There’s a reason you can’t find anyone that has anything bad to say about Andy Burwell. And to be blunt, you’d be insane not to choose him for your next home-buying experience.
