I worked with Julia on the sale of a single-family home in Highland Lakes, Palm Harbor. Julia skillfully coordinated with two sellers, both in different states, throughout the marketing and negotiations. During negotiations, she provided helpful perspective based on her knowledge of the market, sales processes in general (super helpful for out-of-state clients), specifics of the situation, and our interests to help us navigate the process. She provided excellent references for repairs and cleaning. Julia always put us first and advocated for us throughout. She was available when we needed her, and talked through options, pros and cons to help us make decisions. On top of her expertise and professionalism, Julia is caring and a pleasure to work with.

We were looking for property near family and it was clear from the beginning she knew the area very well and showed properties that fit our criteria. That was the easy part Once we had put in a contract for the property she helped us with negotiation and navigating with a challenging transaction. She helped guide us with varied homeowners/flood policies and home construction types. Honestly I’d have to write a novel of the challenges and how Julia worked through them. Through all the obstacles Julia was always calm, knowledgeable, and professional.
