It has been a pleasure working with Eric as our realtor. He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service while always being patient, professional and courteous. Eric was and is the consummate professional in this business. He was very effective getting our responses out and answering all questions quickly and provided excellent communication. He was right there for our closing and walk thru and helped out in sourcing answers that were not in plain site. His knowledge of the business comes unmatched and hos business acumen is Excellent , I Highly recommend him .

Eric not only communicated every decision but explained the purpose behind it - I felt very included in the process. He has a very strong knowledge of the Pinellas County market. Eric is very detail oriented and guided me in all areas of the process.

Chuck and Katie were like a gift send from God to help us sell our home in one of the worst market ever , they helped us sell and even faster than what we thought , the way how they take care of all the details in the process was just unbelievable and they are the kindest souls i ever met we become like family , best realtor to trust them with your home or to fins you a home

KATIE AND CHUCK went more than above and beyond to help us sell our home at asking price in a very difficult market and they litterally did it perfectly, they are super helpful in every little step of the process super professional and literally they are friends now to me and my family, the people you can litterally count on 👍👍👍👍👍

Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. I admired their professionalism, excellent handling of the whole process of the sale of my property, knowledge of the market and friendliness. I had a wonderful experience working with them. Thank you Katie and Chuck. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
