I grew up in Missouri and was an Executive Assistant for 17 years before I decided to stay home with our newborn son. When he started middle school, it was time for me to pursue my interest in real estate. I am a very detail-oriented person, who follows through with any project. Whether that project is helping you sell your current home or finding the perfect place for you to call home, I will be with you every step of the journey. Since 2007, my husband and I have sold/bought 7 homes of our own, so I understand the joy and stress that comes with the process. Let me make it a joyous and stress-free experience for you! My family has lived in Palm Harbor since 2016. We love living so close to two of the best beaches in the U.S. and being able to take a short drive to the area where the rest of the country vacations. When we found our home here, we looked at several. We walked through the front door of our current home and saw the beautiful pool and lake before walking into the newly renovated kitchen, and I just knew this was the home for us. It was a “feeling” I had. Let me help you find a home that gives you that “feeling,” too! I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dog. We like to find new places to eat near the water. I also enjoy pickleball, reading, volleyball, bike riding, playing Bunco with friends, volunteering as PTSA Treasurer and SAC Treasurer/Vice-Chair at my son's high school.

Fantastic Experience!

Karen went above and beyond from start to finish and was a great support throughout the entire process! She was very kind, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and extremely organized. I could not have gotten through the sale of my existing home and also finding/buying my now new home without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling or buying a home! Karen Thomas is an excellent Real Estate Agent!

Karen is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. It took a couple of months for me to find the right condominium, and she was there with me all the way, answering all of my questions and helping me with decisions when I needed her input. Karen is very organized and when we reached the time that I had a signed contract, she gave me a "to do list" with the order of all the tasks I needed to accomplish before closing and followed up with daily reminders. My closing was completed without a hitch a week earlier than originally planned. Karen is very professional, with a personal touch. She is the best!!
