Karen is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. It took a couple of months for me to find the right condominium, and she was there with me all the way, answering all of my questions and helping me with decisions when I needed her input. Karen is very organized and when we reached the time that I had a signed contract, she gave me a "to do list" with the order of all the tasks I needed to accomplish before closing and followed up with daily reminders. My closing was completed without a hitch a week earlier than originally planned. Karen is very professional, with a personal touch. She is the best!!

Karen attended the inspection on our behalf and even brought us our keys on a holiday when we arrived from out of state.
