My husband and I searched the internet from Boston seeking to buy a condo. We found a few properties that we liked. We contacted Marianne who set up a date and time to meet with us at our convenience. She kept in constant communication with us and responded to each and every email or phone call almost immediately. She took us to see every property we wanted to see. She gave us all the information about each one, taxes, condo fees, parking, safety in area and ease of finding banks, stores, etc. When we found the one we liked we simply told her and she put into action all the necessary paperwork guiding us through what we needed to do. We returned to Boston and finished all the legal paperwork and even the final signing and passing of papers over email. It was an unexpected surprise to be able to do this so smoothly but that is because Marianne did it all. But the best part of the whole thing was the communication factor. Immediate answers and guidance was the key to making it so effortless. We would highly recommend Marianne and in fact have already recommended her to many people who express interest in the Tampa Bay area.
