He has an excellent marketing program and promoted the house for sale all through the process. Immediately responded to any questions I had and went out of his way to find solutions. Very knowledgeable of the real estate market and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him.

Peter was proactive, responsive, efficient and effective throughout the whole sale process. He provided detailed, reasonable advice and follow-through for getting the property ready for sale, put together an optimized and extensive text, photo and video description of the property, diligently set up open houses and was there for every step in the negotiation, pre-closing and closing stages. I want to take a moment to share our real estate experience working with Peter Ripa. We lost our home to Hurricane Helene in 2024. We had hoped to be able to rebuild our 1924 beautiful home but had to face the fact that there was just too much for us to take on with a 100 year old home. I have known Peter Ripa for many years but when it came time to buy a house, I was hesitant to go through him because I never really like to mix business dealings with friends because of the potential of something going wrong and I would hate spoil our friendship over something that goes south.
