Everyone was professional and kind. This was a new experience for me. I was in my home for over 40 years. It was a scary process for me. Every one (Especially Gina) help me to understand a very important decision and feeling I made the right choice.

Amanda knows the Highland Lakes area so well! We used another real estate agent for about a year, and she was just fine, but Amanda took it to another level. To get our home sold quickly, she recommended changes to the staging on the inside, fixed the front/outside to make it more attractive, marketed aggressively, and held multiple open houses. I would highly recommend Kyle. After a couple of less than ideal experiences with FL agents and real estate transactions, I found Kyle after doing my own online search of reviews and other info.
