I met amanda on a Friday and we closed 2 weeks later even though labor day was in the middle of the 2 weeks. That in itself shows her dedication to the people she represents. There are a few outstanding traits that amanda demonstrated during our transaction. Firstly I initially made contact with amanda on a Friday after 5 o clock and she met with me and patiently and professionally answered my questions and concerns. Her knowledge of the real estate industry was superb and correct. In any transaction you are going to have setbacks, nothing goes perfectly , but she overcame these setbacks with a cool dignified professional approach that facilitated my purchase better than I could have hoped for. Finally after closing I was going to have some work done on the property I thoroughly researched contractors and thought I had a solid plan. It fell through, but amanda with her vast knowledge of reliable companies and contractors who offer fair and competitive pricing saved the day.
