I have nothing but praise and gratitude to Keyseekers on the recent selling of our condo in Maderia Beach. My husband and I started looking for a home in St Pete in April. We originally worked with Lisa who was extremely honest with us about the houses we were seeing and very patient taking us to multiple showings. We never felt rushed or like we were being sold to. Then we met with Jen who was also incredibly insightful and open. When we decided to put an offer on a house, Jen was a rockstar negotiator for us and we ended up getting everything we asked for. Their process is super organized and easy to follow, with great recommendations for inspection, insurance, etc. They handled everything for us and gave us invaluable peace of mind through the whole buying process. Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. I admired their professionalism, excellent handling of the whole process of the sale of my property, knowledge of the market and friendliness. I had a wonderful experience working with them. Britt was excellent with always replying in a quick manner. If not within a few minutes then almost always within a few hours(unless it was late or she had something keeping her attention). Does great research on home values, quick with all docs to sign and any changes, gives advice on decisions but doesn't overstep. I would definitely contact her again for a future home purchase
