Britt was excellent with always replying in a quick manner. If not within a few minutes then almost always within a few hours(unless it was late or she had something keeping her attention). Does great research on home values, quick with all docs to sign and any changes, gives advice on decisions but doesn't overstep. I would definitely contact her again for a future home purchase
