Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool.
