Madison was so wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer, she communicated with me consistently and made the home buying process as easy as possible. She was willing to go the extra mile for me and my significant other; from showings outside of the Lakeland area and scheduling inspections with reputable businesses. She is a rockstar and we cannot thank her enough for her tenacity and expertise. Thank you Madison!

Brandon was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home buying process. He made everything feel so much easier and less stressful from start to finish. His communication was honestly chef’s kiss, always quick to respond, helpful, patient, and willing to answer every question we had. He also had an amazing transaction coordinator, Ashley, who helped keep everything organized and running smoothly throughout the process, which made such a huge difference for us. We always felt informed and taken care of every step of the way. Thanks to Brandon and his team, we were able to close on our home smoothly and with way less stress than we expected. We truly appreciate all of their hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kevin was so knowledgeable and so helpful, thoroughly searching numerous homes to find us what we were looking for! We looked at countless homes, and we never felt pushed or swayed one way or the other. He was very patient with us, and we are just so grateful to of worked with him. We lost our home in hurricane Milton, so what should of been a stressful process, was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Kevin, for everything you have done for our family.

Jake and the Homan Team sold my mother in law's house and additional lot and we couldn't have been any happier with them. From our first meeting to the closing, they handled everything seamlessly. When I had questions, Jake responded immediately. I highly recommend Jake for your real estate needs.

Before working with the Homan Realty Group, we had what every person fears, an over confident realtor who priced our house so far out of reality we sat for almost two months without one walk through even though we had multiple open houses. We fired that realtor. We were desperate, as we were going to lose out on the dream home we found. Tom Homan, Jr stepped in and sat down with us. He personally went through great lengths to help a fellow veteran understand where the market was and what needed to be done to sell the house for maximum profit. We took the steps he mentioned, and after only 2 weeks in one of the worst months to sell a home, we had an offer! We couldn't believe it. He worked on everything to ensure a smooth transition to our new home. Tom Homan Jr. is a true man of his word. From start to finish, he never slowed his pace to help this family. Thank you, Homan Realty Group!
