This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Nick is a nice guy and very friendly. He has many years of experience that he uses to help sell the house. He however could be a little more aggressive is showing a house and trying to get more for the selling property.
