Yevette looked at A LOT of homes for me, and she was incredibly patient through every showing, every question, every change of direction, and all the complications that come with trying to buy a house when you aren’t even in the same state. She was always responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at. I never felt pressured to settle for a house that wasn’t right. Once we finally found the one, she stayed on top of everything from the inspection and appraisal to repairs, negotiations, credits, and closing. And there were definitely some headaches along the way! Through all of it, I always felt like Yevette was in my corner and looking out for me. Buying a house from hundreds of miles away requires a huge amount of trust, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I’m now happily settled into my Florida home, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without Yevette. If you’re looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in finding you the right home, she’s the one. Five stars and then some!
