It also helped that they had great personalities and made us feel like their clients were number one! It's hard moving long distance and getting acclimated to the area, but they were very resourceful giving us the information we needed and more! Buying home can be stressful, but they made it easier with their care and understanding for our situation. Tammy was great helping me get my house sold. It wasn't easy, the house had been a rental and there was a lot to do to get it ready. Tammy help guide us through what we needed to do repair wise, she helped get resources lined up for repairs. The house sold relatively quickly and that was because Tammy helped price it right. I also needed a new roof that would be paid at closing, Tammy handled most of that. She made it easy to go thru the process.
