We only gave her a few days to set up 10 showings all on the same day. She guided us through the buying processes extremely well coordinating everything long distance. Kirt was able to help us find the house we were looking for with 4 bedrooms. She was always responsive when we called, either had an answer to our questions or was able to get back to us in a timely manner with the answer. She provided guidance on who to call to set up water, gas, electric, etc. All the basics and then some. We would highly rate her. She was always pleasant, efficient and effective and we would recommend her without hesitation.
