Kim made herself available (in our absence) to ensure a smooth sales transaction. Always pleasant.

Expert of Terra Vista which is what I needed.

Kim was an answer to our prayers. We had originally listed our house with an agents from a different company and the experience was terrible. We had no showings in over a month. Kim stepped in and restored our confidence. Her expertise, knowledge of the community, and attention to details set us up for success. In less than a month we had an amazing offer for our home. We helped us navigate the process all the way to closing. Throughout every step of the way Kim was kind, patient, and supportive during a very stressful time. She is the BEST!!

Kirsten Ellis listed our property for sale. She was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend Berkshire Hathaway and Kirsten because we received professional reliable service and genuine care and support.

Very responsive to all requests but remained steadfastly in her realtor box. Very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I was an absentee seller , living out of state and she was an excellent person to deal with. helped with long distance decision making.

Kirt in her quiet way made suggestions to how I could improve my house for the market. That included knowledge of the current market and negotiation of price. She was honest and told me up front what I needed to know. Would I recommend Kirt to someone who plans to sell their house? Yes! Would I use Kirt again? Yes! Kirt, I wish you the best!

Very responsive to appointments.Alwaysthere for you.

Luci is a great to work with and she is very knowledgeable.

Luci is an excellent communicator. She called, texted, and emailed us at critical times to find our home and then to get us to settlement. She was keenly aware of the market and her experience really paid off as we saw all of the houses in our price point and we found our perfect home. She is an expert in negotiation and she is also a top notch professional. She made the experience simply terrific! I can't say enough about how terrific Lucy is. We were so glad to meet her and now so happy to be a neighbor!

Kendra and Dan were a pleasure to work with! They were accommodating to our timelines and very thorough with our transaction. Very grateful for their help in purchasing our Florida home!!

Kendra is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. She is now part of my extended family!❤️
