Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Showcase Properties has served Citrus County for over 30 years, founded in 1992 by the developers of Citrus Hills. That origin still shapes what we do best: no one has sold more homes in Citrus Hills, and we have been #1 in both listings and buyer-side sales in the community for the length of our time in business. Our agents work across Citrus Hills, Terra Vista, Pine Ridge Estates, Beverly Hills, Hernando, Lecanto, Inverness, Crystal River, Homosassa and Citrus Springs. We handle resale homes, new construction, golf-community and amenity-based properties, waterfront and Nature Coast homes, luxury estates, land, and investment property. Much of our work is with buyers relocating to Florida — from out of state, from South Florida, and internationally — and with owners in active-adult and golf communities where the difference between two similar-looking homes comes down to the HOA, the amenity tier, the flood zone and the insurance picture. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great communication

Luci was very friendly and professional during this home buying process. I was a first time home buyer and made sure that I was aware of everything I needed to do as well as answer any questions I had about the process. She was excellent with not only communicating with myself as well as with my builder to ensure everything in my contract was fulfilled. She was with me every step of the way from choosing homes to look at, to walkthroughs, and closing. She ensured that my best interests were taken care of every step of the way. She truly made this very stressful process as stress-free as possible.

MEGAN WAS AMAZING!

Megan was amazing from the very first moment that we met her. She understood my frustrations in dealing with previous realtors and simply accommodated every request of mine to her fullest professional ability. She fully executed every single thing that I asked of her and I could not be more thankful to have had her as a real estate agent. Not to mention we closed in 30 days and now we have a home that we love 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

She was very helpful and informative and helpful in all aspects of me finding my home.

I initially moved from out of state with the expectation of selling my old home and buying a new home. After that fell through, I had to livie in a hotel for two weeks. She provided me with the name and number of a potential homeowner who was renting his condo. I then made arrangements with him to set up temporary housing. This was critical in having a place to stay and having time to look for a new home. I looked at 15 homes with her before I made my final decision. She even provided me with a temporary realtor to show me houses when she was on vacation. During that time, I found my forever home, and she even split her commission with the temporary realtor . If she did not set me up with someone while she was gone, I might have lost out on the opportunity of purchasing my new home. She also provided me with all of the names and phone numbers of HOA’s, utilities, and membership to get everything set up. It was truly a pleasure working with her!

Extremely personable and dedicated to find your perfect home!

Brittany sent me and my fiancé numerous options of homes that were all of what we were looking for. She was a quick responder and took us to the locations we wanted to view and had great recommendations to follow. Very personable and friendly walking us through the entire process.
