One thing I can tell you about Russell Barber as he is very knowledgeable in what he does he must have looked and reviewed over a dozen homes for us because we were buying out of state and counting on his knowledge and expertise to find us the right home in Florida. Long distance purchases are always a challenge, however, we really appreciated the time and effort Russell put forth in showing us houses as well as always taking the time to let us explore as much as we needed, never making us feel rushed, even though we only had a few days to explore houses while here on vacation. Russell also answered most of our questions but, when he was unsure about something, he found the correct info. for us and always got back to us. He was very knowledgeable in many ways and offered advice that was beneficial.
