Working with Megan was truly a pleasure. We arranged to meet her at a property we were interested in to go over all the things we were looking for in our next home. It didn't take long to realize we were standing in the house we wanted. That's when her skills came into play. We made an offer as well as another interested party. Megan advised us of this and helped us to modify our offer which was ultimately accepted. That's were Megan's skills began. We were in Virginia and she managed to expedite the closing to fit our scheduled return trip to Florida. We had many question about the closing, utilities and insurance which she either had the answer or was able to find it out. All in all she was a pleasure to work with and made a potentially worrisome experience fun and rewarding.
