Rachel and Mark were more than helpful with this process. Mark was very patient and knowledgeable in looking at the 10+ houses. Rachel was very supportive and helped make a very difficult loan process manageable. Throughout the process, both have become more as friends than agents. Thank you both for being there for us throughout this challenging process,

Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

Ken is a fantastic person. He was always there for us. Even after the sale finalized, he made sure what was promised was delivered.

Joe did a great job getting our house sold in a very tough market

This one was a weird one. I've never dealt with a seller who was unreachable for weeks at a time. Most agents would have advised to just move on, but not Greg. He knew this particular property was personal to me as it abuts my primary residence. Somehow he managed to pull it off, and for considerably less than asking price. He's a hell of a negotiator.

Holly was so wonderful helping us with our transition of purchasing a house as well as assisting us with the sale of our house. We couldn't have done it without her!! Thanks Holly!!

Robb was extremely knowledgeable and professional with listing our property. We were amazed by the pictures that were taken and the description that he wrote. He sold our property in 3 weeks and had the deal closed within the next month. We have more property that we are going to be selling and he is the only agent that we will be using. We highly recommend him. Thanks Robb.

Stacy has been the best. She has been my realtor on a few properties and has always been very helpful & knowledgeable. Stacy goes above & beyond to do what is needed to sell or buy properties. She is an excellent communicator.

Helped with the process and negotiating a better deal.
