This one was a weird one. I've never dealt with a seller who was unreachable for weeks at a time. Most agents would have advised to just move on, but not Greg. He knew this particular property was personal to me as it abuts my primary residence. Somehow he managed to pull it off, and for considerably less than asking price. He's a hell of a negotiator.

Stacy has been the best. She has been my realtor on a few properties and has always been very helpful & knowledgeable. Stacy goes above & beyond to do what is needed to sell or buy properties. She is an excellent communicator.

Rachel and Mark were more than helpful with this process. Mark was very patient and knowledgeable in looking at the 10+ houses. Rachel was very supportive and helped make a very difficult loan process manageable. Throughout the process, both have become more as friends than agents.
