Lindsey and Bo were amazing throughout the entire process. I needed to sell a relative’s home after he passed away, and since I live out of state, they helped with everything — from hiring local movers, cleaners, lawn care, and even helped with canceling the utilities after closing. They gave me great advice on what was — and more importantly, what wasn’t — necessary to get the house ready to list, and their pricing was spot on. We had multiple showings right away and two offers within the first 24 hours, including one $5,000 above asking. Most of all, Lindsey and Bo were just genuinely nice, helpful people.
