I was referred to Corey by a friend. I emailed Corey asking if he would help me find a new residence and he immediately responded. We set a time/date to meet and began looking at properties. He showed me a wide variety of places so that I could see what I liked and what I didnt like. He tailored the next day that we spent together to properties that he knew I would gravitate toward based on Day One. That told me he was thinking about what would be good for me and not just showing me random places. Corey understood that I wasnt going to rush into anything and he never once pressured me or told me I was going to miss out on something if I didnt make an immediate offer just so he could make a sale. That demonstrated to me what a good listener that he is. As we spent more time looking at properties, he would refer back to what I had said I liked and disliked about earlier properties so that I would have a good comparison in my head of what I wanted. With his guidance and input, I made an offer on a place and closed 30 days later. I would have never found what I was looking for at a price I could afford without Corey. He understood my financial limits and never tried to push me over the max. He was encouraging and patient and I am 1000% pleased with my purchase. After the sale, Corey could have told me he wouldnt be able to help me with anything else but he has put me in touch with various vendors for a/c, painting, etc. Corey doesnt quit after the sale and that says a lot about his character.
