Having not sold a house before Lisa, Jenn & Kirsti helped guide us through the process with ease. The marketing was top notch and our 1928 Bungalow was under contract in 5 days with a backup contract. A few issues we didn't know about came up during the process and they were able to help us find the right professionals to help us fix the problems. One of things we liked is that Kirsti was at every showing since we were still living there. She was also there for the inspection and appraisal making sure everything went well. We had daily calls or group texts with updates, which gave us confidence in the process. Scott acted like he was selling his own house. Fast response, top level professionalism, market knowledge better than anyone. I think as a seller it’s hard to hear tough news, however the way Scott did it made us realize it wasn’t bad news rather it was facts. As a seller we have dreams, that might not be reality.
