Gwen was always available and was an excellent communicator. She always jumped into help when I needed it and she knew the local market better than other realtors I interviewed. Plus she worked harder than any realtor I’ve ever known. I loved working with Gwen and getting to know her.
Mark Ramey is an accomplished, professional realtor who possesses the qualities to put his clients at ease as he focuses on achieving the best outcomes on their behalf. In my case he was understanding and patient during the four and a half years it took me to clear out my childhood home following the passing of my Mom. He understood the emotional challenge I was experiencing. When the home was finally ready to be listed it was under contract within days! Mark’s personable, professional team stayed in constant contact throughout the process and the closing went through on schedule. I am extremely fortunate and grateful to have worked with the Mark Ramey group and I definitely recommend them!
This is my second time selling a home with Carolina, and she really continued to impress me. My previous experience is before Carolina were not as simple nor enjoyable, and other realtors often made the process seem more complicated than necessary. Carolina truly understood our wants and requests with the property and made sure to handle all of the little bits in between and got us the offer that we needed within a short time! She is incredibly warm and professional and has built a positive reputation with her returning clients for a reason! I cannot recommend her enough and am currently even using her for a third time!

I could not have dreamt of a smoother home buying experience than what followed after I hired Chad as my agent. From day 1, Chad was asking all the right questions and giving all the right info to guide and coach the rookie home buyer that is myself. But what really left an impression was when Chad didn't know a satisfying answer immediately (a rare occurrence), he wouldn't try to BS his way through. He would divulge what he could and then say "honestly I don't know, but I can get that answer for you". And then he came through with the follow up in a prompt manner. That is the mark of a champion, in my humble opinion. It was obvious how much Chad was doing behind the scenes. But he made it look easy, and made it effortless on my part. If I didn't know any better though, I would've thought I was Chad's only client. He delivered a heroic performance, able to secure my dream home for well under asking price, AND he was instrumental in negotiating additional seller concessions on top. There's no doubt I will be giving Chad a call when I decide to make another move in the market. I highly suggest you do the same. Unless you're cool with PUNK realtors. Chad ain't no punk.
